seen a couple of people post questions about manager severance. all manager who were impacted were offered 60 days of pay and severance based on how long they worked for us

Not all managers were offered a severance and some were removed. They have found a loophole and are exploiting it. Talk 1 they mentioned severance, talk 2 they removed severance with a comparable job offer.
I hear they also pay out your 2018 PTO days as well. 2 weeks pay for every year of service...2 weeks pay for every 20k in base pay...plus PTO plus the 60 days salary continued..plus they aren't fighting unemployment benefits.
That’s not bad at all. But no 60 pay?
My severance consisted of two weeks of pay for every year of service, plus an additional week for every 20,000 in my salary.
