Who's running the store when they are walking all these managers out???

The associates like they always have while your lazy a-- managers set in office complaining about who’s doing what! Think about the last few days they’ve been walking around in a fog and crying on every associate. If the shoes were reversed they would have no sympathy for you! Trust me the associates are next in the displacement.
Market managers aren't coming in to run the stores, they are still traveling and "displacing" other managers.
Market managers can't fill all the hole they create. I was released along with 4 other managers at my club, including the GM and Co. The only two day shifters left are working non-stop and got one manager from another club to help. But as the market team keeps pushing to finish, the market staffing is thinner and thinner. I feel bad for you guys more than myself. Letting me go got me out. Good luck guys.
The Market Managers come in.
They also get GM's and Co-GMs from other clubs to temporarily fill in.
