While we've seen some areas of positive progress in our DSD share gain plans, our service challenges have kept us from realizing all the gains we expected in the U.S. biscuits business during the year. That said, we are addressing our service challenges and we continue to believe our DSD system is a competitive advantage.

Yep, that quote is in the call, but it may be Brian Gladden that says it. The transcript I read attributes that to Dirk, but I think Brian is the one talking. 100% though, that quote is in there.
Truthfully..we are dying a slow death with DSD.
Take advantage of the signs around you
Get out of denial
And start looking for another job.

It's not Dirk's choice! Kroger wants the business back, period!! More profitable, period! Stores have the option of where they want their product to come from! It's contractual, two parties need to agree. Kroger needs the competitive edge to compete with Amazon. BTW, Keebler hit Q4 at 125%.
