And now he is quoted on the news claiming Chevron shrewdly planned our late entry into the Permian play as opposed to the hard truth of being dragged kicking and screaming and damn near missing it altogether because of ignorant stubborn head in the sand Midcon staff.
ifwd, oh my, my little snoflake, you didn't get your cookie in the lunchroom today, sweetie? You poor BAY BAY!!!!
MCBU is the most managed BU in all of CVX. After working in MCBU, SJVBU & DWEP it’s pretty sad. MCBU has the worst clique of middle managers in the entire company. They should all be laid off due to their lack of accomplishing anything other than HR paperwork. Making sure your 3 person team has completed their yearly, mandatory HR compliance training isn’t real work.
GOM is yesterday’s news ..... move on.
Do not leave out the promotions in GOM. Same rehashed leaders and hi-pots who only look at self preservation instead of doing what is right for the company.
From what I can gather from the typical Chevron garbled temper tantrum of the OP, is that it appears someone in MCBU leadership got a promotion even after the fatalities the BU had last year. Despite fatalities being a hallmark of Chevron, the OP is angry at the reward for said manager. Surprising given that its all the people let go in 2015 who were the 'dead wood' performers and fatalities with associated promotions must be how a great, top performing set of employees and company works.
Just glad he’s gone
He cares only about himself
Biggest self centered manager ever seen
What on earth are you trying to say?
