Forging ahead with a new business model, thst’s 100% based on o/s consulting firm is egregious. Executive needs to be held accountable of making decisions in a bubble and then blaming the rest of us for its failure. ,

Good point. Which is why I think we need better executives.

The executives are far too removed from what goes on in the departments they're responsible for. So they have no clue.

Flattening the organization will help, but not if the executives aren't qualified for their jobs.

I can't figure out why we need executives if we have these consultants. I mean, I'm not allowed to hire consultants to make my professional decisions for me. I'm actually expected to have expertise of my job and know how to make the hard decisions myself.
