I used to work for L3 greenville, I left same problems like everyone else. Poor management and no dealership. Especially work environment where I was you got idiots got no clued how to manage peoples what they good at buddies systems, they good at hiding information, and back stabs, good at liars, useless systems engineer, no idea what the hell they does, call themselves systems integration engineer they good at leech standing around does nothing one men works 5 men stands around. Charge same charge number..Over run the contract.

Management wanted that way so they can asking for more hours. This is no different than stealing. I am sorry but every year they make employees took training for code of conduct when they violation the code of conduct to the government. I can't wait the air force move to elsewhere instead stay in Greenville Texas such a wasted tax payer money for the US Air force dumped money in that place sh--ty quality. What they need to fire all upper management bunch of useless walking around s---ing tax payer money. shut that place down before get worse.

There are time they have very good engineer, after they brought in a bunch of leadership turnout to be a bunch of knuckle head buddies systems that drive that whole place become worse. Wrongful termination come up with a bunch of BS excused to write you up as I had mention their humane resource are in the same group. consider everyone work there so scare to speak up.

My recommending to the United State Air force investigate that sh-- hole place, then shut that place down, they been around does the same stuffs over 60 years. is time to ends now. I can't wait for all upper management all get fired.

Folks at Pax River know who they were going to put in place. They don't want to go thru the Nichol and dime'ing again. Guess the push up bras and tight pants act just doesn't cut it anymore,
