Hey guys, got this from my old manager. For what its worth he told me MH has been meeting with a number of business partners to transfer what he calls "Heavy Lifting." A great deal of the message is around hardware, but even more so is centered around on premises delivery. He is pulling the plug on all the old on premises consulting engagements and handing the work to business partners.

For all the old on premise work (Siebel, Peoplesoft, Fusion Apps, BRM, Exadata you name it) those guys are in permanent fire mode. A small contingent will remain for cloud delivery opportunities only. If you are not currently engaged you should prep your resume and start applying at business partners.
Everyone not currently engaged or not slated to engage on a cloud delivery project for a customer gets notice at the end of February. Reports were run showing a "huge" drop in consulting revenue for on premises work over the past 18 months. Your number is finally up.
