But on the other hand, they are starting giving new leased cars in IL. So thay can't be expecting to be stuck with a whole load of brand new returned leased cars in the near future.
The exclusive circle for fraud & unethical behavior is common at Cisco. While Indian executives/managers have a reputation for this behavior, the American executives exploit this strategy extremely well. American managers know how to promote social responsibility, while quietly stealing millions and ruining shareholder value. Indian managers just blatantly commit fraud, with little thought on how to manipulate public perception.
Without an HR department, Cisco can't really stop this behavior.
Layoffs in Cisco have become regular and a routine. You should really worry about how it is conducted. With Indian managers dominating Engineering and Marketing (yes, this is in America), the challenge is their work ethics. Many in this forum have reported that Indian managers and executives in Cisco form an exclusive circle that they would lie and cheat together. This is also true when they decided who to let go. Personally I don’t think Cisco can be self-healed. It will need a class action to fix this problem for Cisco shareholders.
