Produce results or the ability to have technical Expertise isn't there in most of them. Well they are pals the senrior director and the senior director pals with VP then your job stays .

Not to be on the director+ side but I wonder why so many negative commend on them? What's the motive to single them out? Does someone want to get rid of them so they could move up?! Another good example of people try to use "the guy is not technical" to push people out so they can move up or take over. Hope this is not yet another political weapon to bipolar management and engineers. We should be working together not against each other. If you expect the manager to do better things , why not tell that to his or her face and give them a fair chance to settle it - don't backstab people like that.
