A lot of bile here and all well deserved. Agree Steve Mollenkopf has been a disaster for Qualcomm in every possible measure. No vision or imagination whatsoever, has failed in negotiating a favorable deal in every possible way in every possible important issue since he took over so now we are embroiled in life/death issues everywhere you look. Essentially a washed up engineer out of ideas trying to play businessman, should just vacate the job to either a straight businessman or a true tech visionary, his way is an unmitigated disaster and spells sure death for the company. I'm sure his days are numbered, the question is whether he will do too much damage before he is shown the door for QCOM to recover... What hurts the most is that he will leave a very rich man even after destroying an iconic company... He is the Carly Fiorina of QCOM.

Sanjay Jha was not effective at Qc or Motorola. Remember, Lenovo bought Motorola. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone new was brought in, unrelated to PJ, possibly a suggestion from the Independent, non-executive Chairman.

He wouldn't step down . if they want to sway the investors it should have happened earlier .early enough before the vote for the BOD

jim.t - technical and well respected. Need someone who doesn't blindly move things offshore ( geoshifting make me puke). Only cost was considered without thinking skillset, strategic location, operation efficiency, .... Do they even know how long it issues to transfer the build over the ocean?!

totally agree. Need SJ back. If PJ had just made him CEO, in 2008 (instead of making him leave), this company would be worth 300billion USD..

Yes, it is both obvious and imminent. CA to succeed S&M once HT hostile takeover is fend off.

All till Director( and equivalent) level need to be pelted to make "Qualcomm great again". Just spoke to SM, he was playing Mario sisters but said he is not stepping down.

SJ can fix this....Give him a chance dear BOD. You made the mistake of losing him it's time to correct it. We need a visionary.
