Yea, the Brit dude lamb never returns calls and is hard to reach- he's always out training. The dir of services with no reports is equally useless. Toxic environment with the animal farm like conditions.
"Don't like it you can leave" attitude is exactly what got GESW (global enterprise segment west) in the place that it's in (declining business year after year after year). And guess what?? The good people ARE leaving.
