Shareholders are livid at this ploy, this government interference ahead of the shareholder vote. Qualcomm management and current BOD have displayed a new corporate governance low. Did not think that was possible. Sweep them all away. Shareholders take control of this company and throw out the entrenched under-performing executive management and BOD.

OP, estatic shareholder here. Sorry u so angry but that is life mate.
Last few weeks have been stressful and but now I can again enjoy my rest and vest without stress
I am sure the Qualcomm management must be relieved as well
If I escape this round of layoff like I did couple of years back I can rest and vest for next few years
I am sure incompetency nepotism would win till I retire
