How would you feel if you were going to the bathroom and on the door was a legal notice for an H1B visa application for your same title, but with the bottom of the salary range $7,000 per year higher than what you were making now?

Grasshopper, I have always told any direct report, never look at others salaries. It can only instill a jealous, negative and me more attitude. Even if you earn more, you would say " what I only make 15k more than someone new". Just look the other way and stay focused on your job, and what can make you more marketable. Thanks for the work you do.
