Receiving clerk is not going away will just be part time.

So are you saying no one will be in receiving. No clerk or team lead?
Rec clerk title is gone. Full time is gone .... no benifits ..... If they decide to put anyone in Rec , it will be part time and title of rec dock person .
I just don't see them wanting to keep a clerk that's capped or near cap and have them work p/t. They will probably entirely eliminate the position and pass the remaining duties onto management.
And where did you get this information from?
Full time Receiving clerks are being eliminated and part time positions are now what a clerk’s position will be filled by, only a qualified part timer.— Full time associates will either step down to p/t to stay in the clerk’s position or try to signup for another qualified f/t position, that is if that want to remain full time and continue receiving their f/ t status benefits i.e. insurance, etc. If there aren’t any f/t positions of which they qualify then they must take their severance and say goodbye to SAMS.
