This week Many employees received bonus shares however majority didn't received anything. Anyone knows what was the criteria for bonus share award?

Oh, I know some are going to get a cash bonus... don't give up hope yet. Hell I think merit increases are coming for top talent... I guess thats me.

Everyone getting bonus shares. There’s no cash payout bonus
You have to keep the shares for 3 years . And if your planning to leave the company you lose your shares it’s a new way to retain staff
If you were put on talent retention list years ago you keep receiving. If your manager is a greedy a--hole you’re out of luck as they took all the shares.
