Saw on the wire last night fresh associates can earn 40-60% more if they complete a training. Came back this afternoon to click on the picture to read more info and it was gone. Anyone else see this?

40-60% more? Yea.... doubt that. Maybe .40-.60 cents more..... at 40-60% more the fresh hourly non supervisors would be potentially making more than Managers hahaah
Hourly associates in fresh that pass some certifications can earn that not managers.

I didn't see it but our CM had a meeting with us we he got back today. Yes you do some training and you could earn 40% more. He said more details to come.
