So glad we are shedding the dead weight. You all can complain on here all you want. You work in an IT department- maybe have some IT skills duh! The ISD experiment was a disaster that everyone knew from the beginning. All you people were was roadblocks to the rest of us getting work done. Then you have the nerve to come on here crying because you are losing your job - you didn’t deserve in the first place! Ask yourself - what value did you actually provide to the customer???? Skill up or get gone.

So many employees need to take pink slips..sorry state of affairs. get rid of employees who joined SF with a fake experience . Ask them their W2s and do a thorough check on the experience . veterans who worked for 30 years can save their jobs by getting rid of all these fakes...harsh reality but true..
Anyone remember 1997, when every person in Systems got a 10k bonus...sweet for the 2 system worker families...
Will they reinstitute the the founders day lunch tickets once this is all said and done ? I asked on another blog here and cannot seem to get an answer. Another concern, will they still be giving out laptop roller bags ? Some of us cannot lug around the back packs. The roller bags allow me to pack a full lunch with my laptop and still effectively roll it around with me all day. I may start a dedicated topic regarding bringing back founders day lunch tickets.

I'm a developer. I've worked many places. There will always be some amount of waste. That doesn't make it ok. But, really, grow up. Only spineless people attack others using the internet

While I'm all for more automation... AI as it's sold is a buzzword and a lie. Elaborate ruleset with bots feeding data to other bots sure... just not intelligent. Not at all.
