Anyone know why “select” leaders; GM, Ops, and above are in Orlando for a hush-hush meeting?

It was for the Your Voice Matters program. This program has been in existence for I think 4 years now. Reps attend this meeting as well. It not some secret meeting.
This is how Lowell has a "zero based budget" and cuts $10 billion in costs. By flying a bunch of people to Disneyland for an employee survey. Absolutely idiotic. Who signed off on this garbage?
Probably because dumb--ses are slamming one talk.... and they are letting them know that compliance is investigating.
Voice of the rep meeting. A gm in my district was asking questions/issues he could bring up.
