Someone posted this list in another thread. I think this is a good laundry list for anyone leaving the company, so I'm reposting it here:
Get copies of all reviews, historical pay data (especially if you are somewhere near sales and get quarterly bonus/commissions), your insurance data, and proof of any vacation time you've still got on the books. Get expense reports in. Clean anything off your computer you don't want to turn in. Make sure your personal contact lists are up to date. Expand your linkedin universe. Make sure your oracle email address isn't your login or contact information for anything (e.g., health insurance website, ADP) that it doesn't absolutely need to be.
Draft your goodbye email: say only good things in the lines, leave any bad things between the lines, and make sure you pass along your contact information.
Maybe it's not necessary. But it's a good drill. Assume the worse. Then you'll go into that meeting prepared.
