Unless the corporation is hiding something from me and my peers there is nothing coming that we have been made aware of, speaking as a DL. If there were, we would not be made privy until the day of, as during the 2016 and 2017 layoffs. And even if we were, we would likely need to sign confidentiality agreements that would result in professional, financial, and/or legal ramifications if broken. All changes so far have been focused on improving the efficiency of the field team and our corporate office.
That said, there are many DL’s and other field leaders that are either not happy or not performing as expected with the changes and wouldn’t surprise me if there are some sabotaging now before our bonuses are delivered this week. I do predict a mass exodus of field team over the next few weeks.
