No to the first 2 questions and horribly to the last. It’s become one big cluster and she only succeeds at causing unneccessary headaches. The problem is she doesn’t understand her role and everyone knows it. That doesn’t stop her from giving everyone a hard time about the tiniest things while lifters are running out the doors and smiling at us as they do it. Merging these 2 positions was a huge mistake. She’s not even doing the operations part correctly either. Lol
