Available Policies and Procedures in Insite

Has anyone else noticed yesterday/today that policies that you'd previously signed off on are now showing that you haven't signed off on them at all? For example, look at Tip Compliance, Code of Conduct and a few others.

about the pay. We have never brought someone back at a lower rate. They always come back at what you left at or if the pay scale went up, you might be higher. Never lower than what you left at.

If you are rehired for the SAME job or a job with the SAME pay grade, your previous hourly rate has to be used. This is not some big conspiracy to reduce hourly rates. Geez.

I found a job . I was let go. If you start with macys again your pay may or will be lower because you are a new hire again. Goodluck

There are some stores that had jobs posted on macysjobs.com by accident and the stores are trying to get those postings taken down. So don’t assume stores are actually hiring because like in my stores case, there’s two jobs in Cosmetics posted and we do NOT have jobs for anyone to be hired! We did hire some flex truck receiving people but those jobs were not comparable to anyone being let go and therefore no one could be offered those jobs except new hires or people already in a flex job. Now, the Growth 50 stores ARE hiring because those stores took no reductions and as they have opens they hire for them. And other stores have been able to hire back some of the Severanced people because others quit and made new open jobs, but if they come back they are having to pay back a big portion of the severance. All you can do is contact your store to see if the jobs that are open are truly real open jobs and if they are comparable to what you were cut from. If not, you are NOT a candidate for rehire until your 92 days are up!

I also see that my store is hiring. I don't understand! This is so unfair to the people they let go. Or, do you think maybe they realized they made a mistake? Then why not call back the people they let go.
