Well, PJ is not really gone. He is still on board. This change means actually nothing more than a show !! Perhaps he is positioning himself as next CEO and negotiating. Who knows, this is one way he can keep Jacobs legacy alive for some more time and try out the his luck.

NXPI tender extended by a week ? Still in 10% ball part, they should have been 70% . This is going to take long long time with the current situation with shareholders and pending china approval. Mr. SM blabbered something that he could not accomplish.
