Alignments already happening?

Heard from some folks that people are already getting alignments in ET to their new areas. I was thinking this was a fair competitive process. What is the interest form for if people are getting aligned already? Is this a deal struck between leadership to move their areas. If that’s the case, i should pretty much start looking on the outside.

I have been in the future operating model for 1.5 years. I had to fill out the form, because all professional/technical analysts in ET have to.

Sure I feel more competitive than most, and I know leadership in my area want me. But until I receive an "assignment" from the migration stabilization office I am keeping my eyes open for opportunities outside of SF.

I'm sure there are pockets where teams were already in the future operating model before this whole transition began. No point in disrupting them. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Ignore the trolls on here. Getting a tad out of hand

Because we provide value and you are a black hole of money drain with no return.

My understanding is that those in understaffed and maintain roles will automatically receive offers - no competition for those people. So long as theyve already filled out their forms, i wouldnt be terribly surprised if offers started being made.
