Hearing from various sources across some areas at "worker bee" level that there's two RA's targeted for 2018: one in spring and one in autumn, with the spring one to cull 65% of the targeted resources and the autumn one to cull the remaining 35%. No further details on the amount of targeted resources nor how wide-ranging it would be and no other details.

Well supposedly managers are not spared this time so hopefully we can see some of them escorted out of the buildings instead of the people actually doing the work.
