Not trying to be ugly, but if you still work for Weatherford thinking this train wreck will turn around you are truly delusional. Don’t let this abomination of a company continuously degrade your self esteem and sense of well being. Weatherford was once a great company but it is no longer. The best you can hope for is that your product line will bought out. Otherwise find another place of employement.

I do agree purchasing things from granger is not economical. Over pay for what reason exactly?
WE are turning it around. We can’t purchase things we need to save money, but can pay for things to show we are safe and have quality. We have to buy things from granger instead of getting the same thing at Walmart. Why spend $2 on duct tape when our purchasing power through granger is $6. The horse and pony show isn’t working. Salesman spend more time on salesforce and in conference call meetings than in front of a customer. We must be delusional to think these are the ways to improve our livelihood with this company. Ask the lower level employees what they need and how to save money, they may surprise you.
Too many HB-1’s are hanging on day by day to avoid having to return to the home land across the pond.
