It's gotten quiet around here lately because the stupid admins who run this page blocked everyone that was being critical of advance.

If the only reason you work for Advance is to collect a small paycheck, that's great. Some people have to make a living, pay bills, and provide for their families. The only people making a living at this lousy company are the executives, they want to keep you broke while they make huge profits off your back. They can all burn in hades as far as I am concerned.
CEO is going to sell you company stocks to make his stocks look better. Thats where the corp Tax releif is going instead of giving employees a raise. Saw this on Utube Interveiw with CEO.
Was told this morning no pay raises available this year. Been with the company 5 year's and haven't had a raise in the last 4 years. But I was informed what a great job I am doing.
Does anyone really care if this company fires you ? The rate of pay for almost all positions is so lousy it would not take much time to find a better paying employer. In fact an employer that does not threaten you constantly for not meeting goals or putting in extra un-paid time would be refreshing. Advance needs to put up, or shut up as they are already the laughing stock of auto parts.
I hope they are not trying to find out who we are and fire us all!
