I don't think they were being kick out in the first round at all. As matter of fact, many engineers wants to go to that team as far as I know.

There's not much overlap between nxp and the current teams. NXP deal might not even go dudes.

Oh yes, gone. Skeleton retained to finalise prior key car makers commitments.

NXP is serious leader in the automotive area; automotive is a key reason to acquire them - well than and our existing 'sell automotive market a cellphone chip that doesnt really meet their needs and has tons of excess and bloated functionality' strategy aint cutting it.
