Just say the word union and HR/managers freak the f*** out! Word is all the managers were told to back off of us completely. We all get a six month pass with no documentation or negative coachings!

I hear of cell techs being contacted in Ks and Mo by the union. I think if they took a vote today 80% of us are willing to vote yes.. I can't stand to hear our manager be a cheerleader anymore It's sickening and no one buys it regardless of what they people say to your face.

too late for wireless to organize. the company really does not need flag ship stores and can go all franchise is they choose to. In case no one has notices ... the company really does not want the expense of owning any property and wants to reduce it leasing overhead where it can. Company owned wireless stores in this current market simply are not as attractive as they once were.

Not true I have union cards signed and am going to NLRB on 3-12 of the six stores in the district we have the 50 percent plus 1 to file for a election. All of these addtional trainings that we have to go to so that we can in turn slam SMB accounts with one talk and other lines that they do not need or want ot even though they are on there bill. Why can't we just do what is best for the customer instead of all this bull crap that is outdated. I can't wait for the reaction on Monday when the company gets the petion from the NLRB for the election and entire district.
