The market is on to oracle and its failure to move to the cloud, heck, even MSFT is beating oracle on the cloud by a mile. The stock has nowhere to go but DOWN, DOWN, DOWN

@S8KpHgx-diyb:

How's that $53 looking now? More like $31?

The bounce is coming up so I'd buy ORCL stock if I were in the market for it. ORCL is trending upwards as the numbers were excellent. Oracle is all cloud with massive growth in the money making segment of the cloud. This is what people miss is that AWS isn't making any money. Oracle is making massive profits and they will continue to grow. Oracle's cloud strategy is solid and robust which is supported by a technical expert like Larry and two CEOs who have a track record of constant success.

$44.79, more down from there. Still predicting below $30 by end of calendar year 2018.

when results are announced on March 15.

It's the 19th, not the 15th.

The extent to which oracle is propping up the stock through buy backs tells you all you need to know about how poorly the company is actually performing relative to competition

Not quite $53 yet. We'll see what happens when results are announced on March 15. I expect it'll a big jump or a big drop.

MH sounded upbeat when he said that IT spending is up, driven by global economic growth. We'll see if that translates into increased Oracle sales.

some would argue that it is time to short the stock at these levels. One big concern is the massive amount of "board approved" capital for share buybacks/repurchases. On Dec. 14th, 2017, the Board approved an additional $12B for buybacks. On Feb. 2, 2018, the Board approved another $12B for buybacks. Consider this, Oracle bought back only $2.5B worth of stock during Q1 & Q2 FY18. NOW it appears they need $24 BILLION to keep propping up the stock and maintain the illusion of health. Oh yah, it also worth noting that LE has pledged BILLIONS and BILLIONS worth of his stock to collateralize his personal debt... Hey LE, you sleeping well at night? Your HOUSE OF CARDS you orchestrated with MH and SC is about to collapse. The cat is out of the bag, everyone knows about Oracle's cloud washing engineering.

Jus the time to sell before it goes to zero on revelation of massive cloud fraud.
