Thread regarding Qualcomm Inc. layoffs

GD should be fired and replaced

Worthless CFO GD needs to be fired asap. A lot of the corruption started when he came on-board. Needless spending of new corporate jets when people were being layed off in 2015. There is still a flight crew and pilots that are in his reporting chain.

GD's scorched earth policy upon his arrival was the start of the decline.

Fundamental collapse started when others let him make the calls about how to handle the investor community. Never should have let him start with buybacks and dividend increases as the focus of shareholder value, but other execs didn’t know any better...

The board can replace him and start to redeem themselves.

Someone should educate the loser so he knows a CFO can do more than buybacks, layoffs, and increase do dividends. Time to retire before you're asked to leave.

CFO got the job with a smile, but only seems to know how to do layoffs and plateau the stock price. Looks like applied materials during GD years all over again.

GD is one of the best financial engineers around. Who cares if the earnings numbers are on steroids

Sure the jets are expensive.

But hey, they look cheap compared to the million a week we shareholders pay those awesome folks.

PJ should get a pay raise for his amazing 'strategic insights'.

Who can name the top 5 strategic insights ?

Shut up PO! stop picking on Georgie. Since GD joint qualcomm, the dividend has raised steadily from $0.25 to $0.62 and millions of dollars have been returned to shareholders in the form of stock buybacks. All of this while having to pay billions of dollars in penalties to foreign governments (not his fault) .... Go Georgie!

They should actually made their flight record and business expense report open and public - we are all share holders and should have the rights to see those! It's our investment as well. Can someone please demand that in the April meeting?

Why do we need our own jet and crew anyway? Does the ceo and co really have to travel so often and on short notice?
