Ya about time that this person got it. 273 is going back to 600-700 employees.
No more salary cause enough quit. And definately no more hourly. They will flex and TLOW only. Not fake news reality. Generator will TLOW next you heard it from me first hand.

How many GE employees does it take to make a light bulb?
It wouldn't surprise me if it was kilowatt sales at this point. That train has sailed.

I don’t see a TLOW I see a permanent layoff coming for both hourly and salaried personal because in 2016 GE Power had to produce 46 kilowatts now GE has to produce 35 in 2018. In 2019 it is going to be less. So no tlow, it definitely will be permanent layoff and possibly plant closing.
I've heard Schenectady will have a TLOW.. Not sure of the number effective
But a week or two ago I was told by an outside vendor they heard it was Upper/Middle Management

The rumor I heard for layoffs in Schenectady was 75 more white collars and 75 more blue collars in a few weeks.

For Hourly it makes a huge differences in the time it gives to find new employment.
This really s---s for anyone who is misplaced by all of this.The failed moves of millionaires completely alter the lives of workers hourly and non hourly.

There is a definitely an hourly layoff in Schenectady very, very soon. Most likely by the end of March. Unsure of the number but unfortunately appears to be imminent.
