Please chime in if you have details. I am hearing that here (US) non-sales IBMers who are going to be RA’d will be getting a 2 week notice and only 30 days severance instead of the standard 90 days with 30 days severance? Is this something that you know about? What are you hearing in your office?

There is no 'standard' other than "what's least expensive for IBM". The 90+30 thing ended over a year ago. Now it's, 2 weeks, a check, and a kick out the door. Good luck!
Life is great after IBM. There are tons of companies out there who actually know how to turn a profit AND treat their employees well at the same time.
RA this week and out by the last day of March with one month severance. You can take that to the bank. It's the same deal the folks who got RA'd in the US last month got. I seriously doubt IBM is going to become more generous. I just saw some info on the 1Q pipeline for cloud, M&P, Integration & Development, etc and sales are way off projections. It's gonna be ugly.
