Does anyone have any further information on this? I just signed my job title over from Deli Processor to Freezer/Cooler/Deli and my club literally has no idea what's about to happen with it and it having a team lead. Not to mention 3rd deals with Freezer/Cooler mainly.. just was curious what others might have been told.

I made the same change; the system said that I'd take a big pay cut (for doing exactly the same work, mind you) bit mgmt assured me that wouldn't happen. Anyone else seen that?
Are the deli Associates going to still be coming in during morning hours??
How are deli associates supposed to help freezer/coolers, we have alot to do during the day, like stock, trucks and tend to chickens. Crazy
As a deli associate I went from being under Meat to under Prepared Foods to now no one knows. Also leads were told a new lead position was opening up in fresh which we assume is Freezer/Cooler/Deli lead. Nothing official of course but how would it work for Deli or Meat to stock during the day? They have their own jobs to do.. especially on a weekend. I'm hoping they bring back full time coolers to the day and hire some part timers to tend to cooler and freezer in the afternoon-evening..
So does this mean that THEY are responsible for doing audits in these areas? Meat Lead has never done any audits at my club. She always passes it on to someone else, who by the way is a former audit team lead. Wait... she got a decrease in pay when audit got eliminated but Meat Lead got a pay increase.
Far as I was told Freezer & Cooler were taken from Grocery lead and given to the Meat lead who now has Deli as well. Nights still stocks it but meat/deli now are responsible for filling during the day and such.
Only information I have is that you will report directly to fam 2.
My club still doesn't have a fam 2. So I'm anxious to see how it's going to work.
