Our weekly tele-con meeting has been changed from Wednesday to an in person meeting on Thursday morning. Management has been hyper focused on productivity the last few weeks. Management has taken surveys on each engineer and had to identify highly skilled and management potential engineers. Are changes coming? I think so. Hopefully people still have jobs.

MD is cleaning house before the IPO. After 5 years at Dell and getting laid off recently I'm glad to be out.
if you think you are good but is sidelined, leave now.
Survey?? some poor techie who is not part of any mafia will get screwed, shuffle all the managers and do the survey again, you will get a totally strange result, my suggestion is do a monte carlo simulation and based on the result fire the people.
all indications that you will be fired.
