Has anyone seen the new AP audit? New baseline and pulse checks. We got a preview today and let me tell you it dont look pretty for the SM/STL team. Lots and lots of accountability included. Here we go

The AP Structure is a joke. The District AP are running to stores like spastic colons trying to get audits in and have them be "impactful". Their bosses ride them like drunk cowboys on a mechanical bull from their well worn office chairs. Another layer rides that lazy gang, who is in turn ridden by another layer in corporate who is ridden by the upper echelon in corporate who has never even worked in asset protection. There are approximately 7 layers of ap personnel and only one layer is working in the stores supporting us. We need help in the stores.
CVS is not making shrink, will not make shrink and they just keep adding more layers hoping to get better results. Might I proffer a lesson? Put more help in the stores. Add more district asset protection and fewer sleepy bosses.

Amazing how many more stores went yellow and red, so they will get audited.

Just thining the heard so they don’t have to offer packages when they eliminate the salaried store manager position and make it a hourly store team leader position. We’re on to you Merlo
No offense to the poster but the post does not give a full picture of the positive/negative impact this change will have. Some divisions have experienced 9-10% of SM on active accountability for AP, this change gives SM's a clear guide to reduce shrink and succeed, which will hopefully decrease accountability. It is also a lot more clear on what the priorities are for the DL and the whole store team.
Its much better. Only 5 autofail questions between the front and rx. Any other items need to be corrected before the next follow up to avoid “accountability”.
