Department looked fantastic.
Spent WAY too much time in the back making sure all logs and clipboards were in order
DC shorted organic mango(not uncommon)...so a TM expanded a few organic kiwi into that spot so it's not an empty hole. Literally a 12" x 12" space.
FAILED the walk since it wasn't updated in tiny pencil on the map yet.
This is making us better? Absolutely ridiculous.

I have never worked under these kinds of conditions. What a total waste.
Having the receiving team in charge of scorecards is a joke. People that know nothing about the needs of the store acting like the Gustapo trying to justify there positions. Barely any products get checked in because of trusted vendors being the bulk of what comes in.
Straight stupidity! Team members need to feel empowered to better their departments and fulfill the needs of the guests
