No increases as of this posting
most increases for my team are .45
Hey I just wanna wondering, if my fellow colleagues would post their merit increase
When you get reviewed I just wanna know what other colleagues are experiencing across our stores I was thinking with this incentive program that would mean cutting back in other places
Maybe with management the average is 28,000...but with the average worker getting a nickle an hour raise and maybe working 80 hours a week, they will reach 28,000. And there are no shifts to pick up at my store......
The 14k is seasonal or very part time employees. The standard yearly wage averages at 28K. The trick is you have to come to work to earn the wage. There are many shifts left unfilled, due to associates not picking up the hours. If you want a higher annual wage, you need to pick up the shifts.
Sorry, I don't think so. Maybe 13k
