Has anyone EVER been paid off of salesforce? I have never seen anything good come of salesforce. I’ve actually seen salesforce leads come in and grab a different rep, and I’ve “converted” leads for reps in other stores but they’re not getting paid off of that. Managers are telling us to ignore the consent checkbox and sign people up for automated texts with our names on it. How is that right?

We are having success with it in my district (In WBV). I have been on it since it came out and I am getting about three to five devices a week from it. (250 accounts in my leads)
It's a useless waste of time,we have a solutions manager ask the front-line employees to log on and he sends out hours of them during the week days. He has sent out hundreds and The store hasn't got anything from it, and yes Brainless Store Mgmt is using the sales reps log-ons to send the emails and texts and they know not to be on a Verizon computer under someone else's Log-ons. Yes we're dumping 5 star into sales force!
Our managers physically do this for us, have one of us sign in and they sit and hit “I consent” on every single one. Our DM was in the store watching and suprervising it and insisting it be done.
No one will be terminated. There is no standard being upheld anymore, that’s all history.
If you are signing up customers without consent you will be terminated. This is agianst the customer privacy aggreement. If managers insist you continue this activity please keep records of the improper request incase you are contacted by HR.
I send our 20-40 saleforce leads a day. Just dump 5 star people into sales force and spam them. It’s no worse than cold calling them, and just as useless.
