CAN SOME BODY TELL WHY WHOLE FOODS IS NOT ON THAT LIST?

This ranking in the top 100 has NEVER used any information from a TM poll or survey. It is based on business metrics that include benefits, turnover, etc...not a thing about morale.
Was this those stupid surveys on scanteon we "had" to do? It asked at the end if we were influence/intimidated/encouraged to rate higher than we normally would even. I always said yes, lol.
What was suspicious s that our TMS said we had to hand them to her to place in a sealed package. So i stood there. And she kept glancing at my responses. So whats the point of an 'anonymous' employee survey if youre going to peek. So i said if ahe wants to know what i think, she can ask me to my face instead of breeching the protocol and that im more than capable of putting the 'anonymous' survey in the package myself. And she let me.
Haha. Global marketing used to send out emails every year to encourage team members to favorably review WFM to get and keep them on the list.

We have a joker here. You probably left already or just been a smarty pants. But since you ask employyes are overwhelmed with work, no benefits for new hires, managers make penauts, store managers make donuts and people on regional sitting on their butts getting fatter n fatter pockets. The base forget about it. Work n no fun. People get crumbs for a raise n yet they get a bix tax cut n nothing goes to the people that make the company make money. Employee week appreciation is coming. Come back in three weeks n tell your story bout how better or worse was from the previous years. And you will get your answer bout why whole foods is not on that list. Glad my last day is 7/2. Good luck all
It should be on the worst companies to work for. I have a few ex-coworkers here that now work for Walmart and say it's less miserable than Sh!thole Foods.

There's no more Best in Whole Foods. The life was s---ed out and overtaken by corporate greed.
Whole foods bought their way on the list. Now that its owned by Amazon no more list. Only reality.
