When emailing earlier I noticed something weird. After the persons email address is has their title, well, I noticed that there are now GM, GM I, GM II, and GM III designations. What does that mean? I would assume it's tied to pay grade but why make that publicly visible?

It's probably a grade scale who is doing good and who is expenable$$$$$
Could simply mean their years of service since very few GM's get past the third year once they finally realize a bonus is always out of reach, and typically work more then 50 hours a week because of poor staffing netting them less money then a lot of rpp's.
Sounds like some more self inflicted dissention among the ranks. Morons.
Ha, what does a title even mean anymore with this place? We're all just numbers.
