I like the coffee machines, they are easy to use. Coffee is great with a doughnut from downstairs and a blue pill.
If I want positive I'll go read Alex's Blog, which I do have to complement him on doing. First leader that seems to have a set, at least he trying to turn things around.
I like his Item #6, put interests of others ahead of your own. Wow! A leader that actually believes that is a real gem. However, he has got a real challenge ahead of him if he thinks he's gonna get leaders change their behaviour to follow that mantra. I could count the senior leadership on one hand (with many fingers left over) that are capable of even considering such a selfless act. Past leadership training has groomed an incredible bunch of selfish narcissists.
There is only so much he can do to turn around morale. Is it a realistic expectation that he fire all the bad leaders? I don't think so. He has to wait and see how they perform under his leadership before he has real justification to give them the boot. If he could do one single act to improve morale it would be to get rid of one individual, and we all know who that should be.
A big shout out to HR and external communication staff for working over time on this website. Your dedication is astounding. Something positive you ask... hmmmm... I’m positive that the head in front of the Bow will still be there in a year, the rest of us well that’s not so clear.

Ups and downs happen in oil industry. With TMP built oil price will be higher and so the future revenues. Need to wait for 3-4 years, there should be light at the end of this tunnel..
