Unlike on FB, there is no user ID here, people are anonymous, and should give others the same courtesy. My two cents, if you post your own name, that post will get nuked as well (cause there is no way for site admins to confirm someone's identity)

I agree about calling out people by name except that this person posts exactly the same annoying rubbish on Facebook, with his name right there each time.
To all you H1B employees. You may have jobs now however if IBM doesn't maintain and gain customers you can rest assured your jobs are in jeopardy ... and you'll need another employer to sponsor you. Most likely taking advantage of your situation paying you less than what you're making now.
Good post (below)
Calling someone out by their name is really trashy.
Almost as trashy as IBM management.

I love that answer >> because IBMsux
You hit the nail right on the head buddy.
MESSAGE TO MODERATOR - If you're going to remove the perfectly valid criticisms of a--hole, "wish they'd take me back" Dave Bouvier, PLEASE have the decency to remove his irritating comments too.
The paid for i-squared legislation that failed in 2015 to raise visa caps is actually introduced again with the same backers. It seems pretty clear whats up.

Some highlights.
-U.S. advanced degrees: Uncaps the existing exemption (currently 20,000) for holders of U.S. master’s degrees or higher from the annual numerical limitation on H–1B visas for individuals who are being sponsored for or who will be sponsored for a green card.
-Statutory cap: Increases the annual base allocation of H–1B visas from 65,000 to 85,000.
-Market escalator: Creates a market-based escalator to allow the supply of H–1B visas to meet demand. Under the escalator, up to 110,000 additional H–1B visas (for a total of 195,000) may be granted in a fiscal year if certain demand requirements are met.
because trump lied to you
Agree - pure accounting and expense decision - nothing else matters. Low salary wage level and no benefit expenses. AND you can charge a client $250 an hour for that support when paying your staffers $7 an hour or less. Wow - that increases revenue???? Right Ginny!!!
H1Bs are cheap and willing to do anything. IBM's skilled workers are not.
