THE LETTER came to many Bank Employees at Corp South on Thursday the 12th. Does anyone know the numbers for this reduction? How are you supposed to make a decision when you do not know what your odds are? Leave or (hope to) Stay. Does anyone know how many jobs verses how many people will be left? They have not said anything, nor given out any info. How can you make a decision to stay or leave if you have NO information to base that decision on.

Almost no impact on Bloomington unless you were an MG3 or above. Bloomington Bank employees hit the layoff lotto.
What do you mean 'the letter'? Most every other department had calls scheduled where the axe is dropped then the follow up with emails later on.
If you have access to the Bank Transformation site there are several resources there that show the positions that are being impacted. Bloomington will see the biggest drop in Manager titles. 114 to 63. PA positions will increase by a lot and a handful of PRPT position will increase. They are basically moving bank operations from St. Louis to Bloomington with a satellite office in Phoenix for redundancy.
