Seritage 8-K indicates SEARS has terminated 9 master leases on unprofitable stores. Termination is by Sears, not recapture by Seritage.

Maple wood,MN at the Maplewood mall announced that Sears was closing.

Sears is paying ~$4 per square foot of rent. Little less.
