Great news L3 Waco! Heard that Boeing purchasing us is in the works. With that will come the PAR program and bits of P8. Just need to trim some of the dead weight that is sand bagging us.

Uh maybe you should check your facts again. It takes more than length of a runway to get a 747-8 approved to land , and TSTC is on a limited number of allowable landings. (Oh and Boeing knows that)
There are two reasons for Boeing to buy.

It doesn’t matter who buys it. The Waco mentality will not survive. Those who don’t want to change will be gone regardless if L-3 keeps it or sells it.
The Waco mentality and unwillingness to change is what has put the place in the extremely grave situation it’s in. GVL is trying to help save it but you idiots won’t let them.

Why would Boeing want to buy Waco? Waco got no assets, no booked orders, and Boeing got a nice place already in San Antonio. You only buy a company when it has somethung you want. Waco got nothing. Except a for sale sign.

I don't see anything in the press about any Boeing-L3 rumors. Are you sure this isn't the result of medicinal m-r-j-a-a?
And even if it is true, look for streamlining of redundancies. But for those who are left, hopefully they will let you into the Boeing pension.

Neither Waco, Greenville or even L3 has the clearance to do PAR. It is run by the SS and ONLY Boeing does the conversion! Now in out years L3 may get a few small mods but NOT this big'un!
