First time in this website. Here is my impression:

Bunch of lazy people spending time here rather than doing something productive. If you are worried about layoff, please find alternative revenue stream. At least work on it.

Some old Qualcomm-ers, who is very happy that Qcom is going thru hardship. They keep on spreading rumors for self fulfillment.

Some racist, who vents out on H1Bs. I like H1B as long as it comes from around the world but not from one country. I don't like it but admit that we only hire them because we can not find any suitable candidate here. Govt should put % limitation on per country H1B. No country should be allowed to consume more than 5% of H1B quota.
Above all, don't take it personally. Job comes and goes; take it sportingly. Keep yourself ready for job market always. No Fear!!
