What the hell happened to the unlimited plans? They are slower than ever! Even without going over 22gb. Every other other word buffers when watching a video. It's pathetic!

Unlimited is a pipe dream/falsehood in the entire wireless universe. Since you are given "free" calling and text, the revenue has to come from somewhere and today that is data usage.

So, I'll say this. Since we're employees we get a 50% discount. And that's lovely. But I went from my "standard" plan which was 15 gig on my phone hotspot and 20 gig on my jetpack to "unlimited" ... and yes, that dropped my bill ALOT. But let me tell you about "unlimited." I use my Jetpak ONLY for connecting to work. No one told me that when my TOTAL data hits 15 gig, that I'd be dropped to 600 kbps. I use pretty much all 20 gig just connecting to the Verizon Network to WORK. You wanna know how bad 600 kbps is? Jesus.

I get 17-23mbps all day long. Is your phone on AWS/XLTE or is it an older phone?
