Whole Foods Market will never be the same. It seems the so-called higher ups have made decisions that will now drive WFM employees to work for their competitors. This will be the downfall of WFM. I along with many others can’t wait!

I actually think marketing are the lucky ones- let’s move on, out and up!!
What exactly did marketing do? I always thought their job was to walk around the store with a coffee in one hand, cell phone in the other and talk to coworkers. That is all I ever see ours do, every one of them that ever had that job too.
Our old Marketing TL seemed to do a good job once they went to the new model the two people we had didn’t seem to accomplish much.
