Spot on, Scrimshaw! I don't think they really understood what a sht show this was. It's like no one in their wildest dreams could imagine an organizational structure and data systems that were as fkked up beyond all recognition as this one. It's no doubt apparent at this point that they'll need to drastically restructure and maybe close numerous locations to fix this mess.

Can anyone explain why Amazon made the "hands off" for 1 year deal? Were they giving WF a year to right the ship? Why not just come in and start fixing things? Why wait for another year of letting the ship sink?
I think they are starting to get a good grasp of what kind of fiasco they purchased...the data we use really needs to be upgraded..and since when do I go on amazon to find empty holes so somebody can be held accountable..ots is a bad look for a company trying so hard to be customer and service oriented..they could have just implemented a clean warehouse/daily inventory control program without all the write ups ,clipboards,and empty shelves...and why didn't the central warehouses have to organize the ordering process and pallets according to ots????
It’s crazy to go in the stores and see how exhausted all the TM are these days. We all had it good for a long time it was only a matter of time before it came to this. I am really curious about what’s coming down in August though. I’m curious if drug testing will be implemented WF would lose so many people if that is the case not just people in TM roles even.
